Abbit supports IMEX'11 for the 5th year

| A crew of 10 high-skilled technicians were working at the PDIP (Professional Development and Innovation Pavilion, at the show floor) and 5 seminar rooms, where main events like the Opening Ceremony or the Politicians Forum took place. |
Frank Denies coordinated all the jobs from a temporary office in Hall 9. |
Abbit also participated as exhibitor, showcasing the latest tools for meetings and events: voting keypads or the Mobile Air Wall™ were some of its highlights. |
On top of this, Abbit worked at parallel events for other clients, like the Canada Tourism Commission, who had one of our photographers onsite at the stand. |

Next to Abbit's there was the Tech Tap, co-ordinated by the Meeting Support Institute and supported by Abbit. At the Tech Tap, 11 exhibitors showcased some of the most innovative technology solutions for the industry.

Abbit's CEO Maarten Vanneste delivered two educational sessions: 'Increase your toolbox for effective meetings', and 'Meeting Architecture: changing the way we view meetings'. The first session offered practical advice by showing some of the latest tools that meeting professionals can use to better reach the meeting's objectives. |
